You can request deletion of your Ecuals account and associated saved content at any time.
Send a request
Email us from the address associated with your Ecuals account. Please use the subject line “Delete my Ecuals account” so we can process the request securely.
What happens next
We will use your request to verify the account and arrange deletion of the associated account information and saved content. If we need more information, we will contact you at the email address you used for the request.
